Ver-rückte Welt – wie sich Schizophrenie anfühlt

Ein kunstvoll gestaltetes Buch über Schizophrenie aus unterschiedlichsten Perspektiven

Lisa Kainzbauer, member of the LBG mental health competence group in the projects D.O.T. and Village for the topic of children of people with mental illness published, together with her co-author Brigitte Maresch, a book on the experience of schizophrenia.

How does schizophrenia present itself from different perspectives? There is often a highly distorted idea of this diagnosis, which contributes to its stigmatisation. This book gives the word to people with a direct experience with this mental disease: people affected, relatives and carers talk about their lives and how they deal with schizophrenia, as well as about their successes and setbacks.
