From 6 to 8 May 2025, the INORMS Congress took place in Madrid – the world’s largest conference for research management, organized by the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA).
With over 2,200 participants from 67 countries, it was a record-breaking event for the international research management community.
Mathieu Mahve-Beydokhti and Adis Šerifović addressed the topics of impact and inclusion in their session. They explored how inclusive research approaches can have a lasting impact and the tensions that exist between short-term funding goals and long-term societal benefits.
