OIS zam: Forum 2026 – Submit Your Contributions Now!
Submissions for poster presentations and workshops for the OIS zam: Forum on November 4 and 5, 2026, will be accepted through July 31. The OIS zam: Award for outstanding poster presentations will be presented again this year.
It’s that time of year again! At the fifth OIS zam: Forum, we’ll once again bring together participatory projects from all over Austria—to foster exchange, networking, and new collaborations between research and society.
The forum thrives on the ideas and projects of our community
Poster Presentation
For innovative projects from all disciplines that bridge research and society, as well as initial project ideas. The poster presentations offer an opportunity to share experiences and receive valuable feedback from the audience to help further develop a project. Once again this year, the OIS zam: Prize will be awarded from among all poster presentations.
Workshops: “Topic Café”
In the Topic Cafés, participants work with the café organizers to explore and discuss specific topics related to collaboration between research and society through innovative workshop formats. Topics for collaboration may include: key factors for the success of participatory projects, the impact of participatory projects, collaboration between research teams and civil society, promoting diversity and inclusion in research, and many other topics related to innovative collaboration between research and society. We look forward to receiving submissions of innovative workshop concepts.
There is no limit to the number of submissions per person. We welcome submissions from all disciplines.
