The fieldbook brings together the experiences of the Ludwig Boltzmann Gesellschaft Open Innovation in Science (LBG OIS) Center from a decade of collaborating with researchers, patients, citizens, artists, healthcare professionals, public institutions, companies, and many other partners.

It shows how Open Innovation in Science can be put into practice through concrete methods, real-world examples, learning resources, practical tools, and reflections drawn from ten years of co-creative research and innovation.

The book is intended for researchers, facilitators, educators, and anyone interested in opening up research and innovation to society.
